HJLC is a duly registered leadership club for junior children. This is a continuous improvement process for a growing child to train himself/herself in all aspects of life. The two main areas the club is trying to help children are Personality development and Leadership training. A member of this club is titled as a 'Highlight Junior'. Highlight Juniors continue to learn and train in all aspects of life throughout the year in various activity based training programs. How to study faster and better and how to pass exams easily.
How to be the number one in your class if you already have got closer to that or how to put forward several giant steps to get closer to be the number as you grow with the time.
How to memorize anything easier within a short period of time.
How to speak up amongst others, how to ask questions in the classroom, how to get help from teachers, how to be a teacher friendly student.
How to make effective speeches and how to be a great public speaker.
How to create your identity while you step up towards becoming an adult.
How to identify your talents and set goals according to your talents
How to achieve your future goals with certainty.
How to treat parents to be happy and how children should respect adults to receive their
respect.
How to get the maximum from the resources you have.
How to be outstanding at home, at school, at sports, at meetings, at social gatherings and any other place that you move around.
How to have a remarkable and winning personality.
How to achieve success in everything you do as a junior and step up to build a strong future for yourself, parents and for your country.
